Ryan

Yet another Metamora student.  Had a great time photographing Ryan around Metamora and at Eureka Lake.  Here are some of my favorites.

Go Metamora Football! – Ian part 2

We were able to finish Ian’s senior shoot yesterday at Malone Field.  Here are a few favorites.  Click here to see highlights from part 1 of Ian’s session.

Rebecca

Rebecca booked her session desiring some images that reflect her love for ballet.  She’s been dancing since she was four.  Here are some of my favorite images from her session.

Another Metamora Senior!  Take a look at a few of my favorites from the session.

The Vander Vennet Family

Family of 27!  I had a great time photographing the Vander Vennet family.  They seem pretty close and I think it shows in these photographs.  Here are just a few from the session.

The Patriarch and Matriarch of this gang

The seven siblings

This grandma and grandpa are truly blessed.

Ian

Another Metamora Senior.  We’ll be adding a few football portraits as soon as he’s issued his new jersey.  Here are some of my favorite images.

Wedding: Melissa + Casey

Wedding and Reception – The Packard Plaza of Peoria

DJ and reception lighting – Extreme DJs (they rocked the reception, and the room lighting was fantastic)

You have to love a bride and groom who wear Tom’s shoes, Chuck Taylor’s, and grills to their wedding.  (Relax, the grills were only worn for a few minutes.)  Melissa and Casey brought a lot of style, a lot of fun, and, of course, a lot of love for each other to their wedding day.  I had a blast photographing it all, and so did my partner for the day, photographer friend Jamie Owens.  I can’t possibly do this wedding justice in a single blog post, so I’m going to focus more on my favorite portraits from the day, because these guys had a blast all over town with us.  To view more check out their complete wedding gallery by clicking here.  Here are some of my favorite images.

His and hers grills

Yes, there is a groomsmaid or a bridesman or a man of honor as Melissa referred to him.

In case you’re wondering, it is perfectly fine to stop at a liquor store in the middle of a portrait session with us.  But we will follow you inside with our cameras.

And do not be afraid to include some of the local wildlife in your portraits.

We’ll end with a little team rivalry.

Congrats, guys!  We wish you the best!
